Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and course of tools servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, with extra places in Alpharetta, Georgia; Owensboro, Kentucky; Marietta, Ohio; and Indianapolis, Indiana, Fischer Process provides full applications engineering functionality and complete repair and service centres for rotating gear and liquid dealing with equipment in each of its areas.
Fischer Process’s existing administration team, together with president Ken Fischer, will remain with the company.

The partnership brings the addition of valves to Tencarva’s product line and provides us access to new markets in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio while bolstering our presence in Georgia.
