Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.
In his new role, Smith will strengthen customer facing initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inner groups to increase across the C&I house.
Smith comes to Sundyne with greater than 30 years of experience in selling highly engineered tools and service solutions to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish users in the renewable vitality, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power era markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice chairman of sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed methods to strengthen & develop distributor sales, while additionally overseeing training and purposes help. He beforehand served as a regional sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith started his profession at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has additionally worked with midstream oil & gasoline OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
