The MDM900 is to be used the place capacity and wear-resistance are important and is an all-metal, thick-walled, additional heavy-duty pump designed specifically for terribly arduous mill obligation functions.
The MDM900 mill discharge slurry pump features flows up to thirteen,500 m³/h (60,000 gpm) and heads as a lot as 40 m (132 ft). It has a FR2100 body, and impeller diameter of 2100 mm (83 inches) and an inlet dimension of 900 mm (36 inches)
Metso Outotec MD Series pumps have been designed for environment friendly operation and lengthy wear life to match the mill’s uptime. The pumps come in two tailor-made solutions, MDM and MDR. เพรสเชอร์เกจลม (Mill Discharge Metal) pumps can be found in measurement ranges of 250-900, and the MDR (Mill Discharge Rubber) models are obtainable in size ranges of 250-700. Both pump varieties are fitted to heavy-duty use in concentrator vegetation providing excellent resistance to abrasion and erosion.
Diwakar Aduri, product supervisor for MD Pumps at Metso Outotec, mentioned: “Slurry handling is vital in maximising a minerals processing plant’s productiveness and efficiency. The superior design of the MDM900 allows minimised slurry velocities within the pumps, thus reducing the speed of wear considerably.”
