Evoqua Water Technologies has entered into a definitive settlement to amass Smith Engineering Inc, a US designer, manufacturer and servicer of customized excessive purity water treatment tools.
Headquartered in Chaska, Minnesota, Smith Engineering offers water therapy services, together with filtration, UV, reverse osmosis, and deionization, for the biotech/pharmaceutical, data centre, meals and beverage, healthcare, medical device and microelectronics markets. The company has greater than 1,200 customers in North America.
