Svanehøj to provide pumps for 15 LNG dual-fuel container vessels

Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has gained an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to provide gasoline pump systems for 15 new build dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps shall be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders to date. It is also the second LNG gas pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj within the final yr. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to supply deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell gas pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that gross sales may enhance even additional in 2022.
