Sundyne appoints new regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America

Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales manager for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new function, Smith will strengthen buyer going through initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside groups to expand across the C&I space.
Smith comes to Sundyne with greater than 30 years of experience in promoting extremely engineered tools and service options to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and end users within the renewable vitality, oil & fuel, petrochemical, chemical and energy era markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vp of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed strategies to strengthen & develop distributor gross sales, whereas also overseeing training and applications assist. He previously served as a regional sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith started his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also worked with midstream oil & gas OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
