OTC Industrial Technologies acquires ePumps

US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, high product lines and adding further service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”
