Dover has entered into a definitive settlement to acquire Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and manufacturer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control devices for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s products will increase Dover’s biopharma single-use production offering, which already consists of Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.

When the deal closes, Malema will become a part of the PSG business unit inside Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
